SAPTA's Food & Funfair cum Children's Day Celebration 2009

I was in the midst of planning the St Andrew's PTA Annual Foodfair for this year, when Thomas gave me the Magic Date, '25th September' and the bomb.
He wanted this year's Foodfair to coincide with the Children's Day Celebration, a much earlier one, so that the Primary Sixes can get to enjoy their last Children's Day, then quickly settle down, back to their exam preparations.
