4. Chairman’s Report for 2008 / 2009
5. To receive and adopt the audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2008
6. Proposed Motion by Members
7. Election of office bearers for 2009 / 2010 *
8. To elect two (2) Honorary Auditors
9. Any other business / resolution. Notice of which shall have to be given to the Honorary Secretary by written request of not less than ten (10) members and not later than 13th March 2009.
